References to “Mayavé,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean this entity.

Acceptance of terms — By browsing, creating an account, booking an appointment, or placing an order on this site, the user agrees to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Notice. If someone doesn't agree, they should not use the site.

Products and pricing — All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices, making charges, and diamond/gold rates are subject to change without prior notice, but the price confirmed at the time of order placement is the price honoured for that order. Every diamond is IGI-certified; every certificate accompanies the piece at delivery.

Order placement and confirmation — An order is confirmed only once payment is received and an order confirmation (with reference number in the format MYV-ORD-[XXXXXX]) is issued. Mayavé reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or failed verification, with a full refund issued in such cases.

Customisation and made-to-order pieces — Where a piece is customised or made to order, indicative timelines will be shared at the time of booking. Customised orders, once craftsmanship has begun, may not be eligible for cancellation or standard return; this will be flagged clearly before payment.

Shipping — Mayavé ships across India via insured, tracked courier partners, dispatched only from our central warehouse. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are indicative, not guaranteed slots. For home delivery, we make 2 delivery attempts; if delivery isn't completed after that, the shipment is returned to origin (RTO) and handled per our return process. For store-pickup orders, your order is held at the store for 7 calendar days from the day it's received there; if you need more time, you can request a one-time extension of up to 10 additional days (17 days total from store receipt; this is a hard cap, no further extensions are possible). Once your order is shipped, the delivery address or delivery preference cannot be changed.

Cancellation — You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is marked “Shipped” in our system. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is permanently disabled and cannot be overridden; from that point, the order can only be resolved through delivery, refusal (RTO), or our standard return process. Refusing a delivery at your doorstep, missing a delivery (non-delivery/NDR), not collecting a store-pickup order within the holding window, or refusing pickup at the store are all not treated as cancellations; each is handled as a return-to-origin, and any refund follows our return and QC process below, not the cancellation process.

Returns and refunds — Items can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery or store pickup, provided the product, certificate, box, and all original accessories are intact and unaltered (not resized, tampered, or damaged by use). Returns are accepted only after inspection at our central warehouse; no refunds are issued at store level or before this inspection is complete. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method; for Cash on Delivery orders, a refund applies only to any amount paid in advance online. A return can only be cancelled before the pickup is completed; once your return has been picked up, it cannot be reversed.

Exchange and buyback — Mayavé's exchange and buyback terms for lab-grown diamond jewellery will be published separately and communicated at the time of purchase; please check with our team or the product page for current terms before buying.

Governing law and jurisdiction — These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
