Mayavé Dhanteras Gold Coin Offer — Terms and Conditions
1.1 These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the promotional offer called the “Mayavé Dhanteras Gold Coin Offer” (the “Offer”). Under the Offer, you receive one complimentary 24 KT gold coin weighing 0.5 grams (a “Coin”) for every complete ₹49,999 of the Total Invoice Value of an Eligible Invoice (Clause 4.1): broadly, an invoice generated during the Dhanteras period from Wednesday, 4 November to Saturday, 7 November 2026, or the invoice for an in-store made-to-order purchase whose advance receipt is generated in that period. A maximum of 5 Coins applies (Clause 5.2).
1.2 The Offer is made by Dholakia Retail Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, CIN U32111GJ2024PTC155690, GSTIN 24AALCD1715F1Z0, with its registered office at Plot No. E-03, Gems & Jewellery Park, Ichhapore, Surat, Gujarat – 394510, which owns and operates the Mayavé brand, the Website and the Mayavé Stores (“Mayavé”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.3 Taking part is voluntary. By choosing the Offer at billing or checkout, or by accepting a Coin, you agree to these Terms.
1.4 These Terms add to our Terms of Sale, our Return, Exchange and Buyback Policy (the “REB Policy”), our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy, published on the Website, which continue to apply to your purchase. The REB Policy that applies is the version in force on the invoice date of a store purchase or the order date of a Website order. If any of them conflicts with these Terms on a matter relating to the Offer or a Coin, these Terms prevail; for a purchase during the Offer Period with a TIV of ₹49,999 or more, these Terms also prevail over the Ember Terms on how the choice between the Offer and the Ember Gift is made (Clauses 4.6 and 7.10). Nothing in these Terms reduces your rights under the REB Policy, except for the Coin-related returns and deductions in Clause 7, which Section 3.3 of the REB Policy allows the terms of an offer to specify.
1.5 The Offer is a gift with purchase: every Eligible Invoice receives the Coins it earns under these Terms. It is not a lottery, contest or game of chance, and no element of chance decides who receives a Coin.
2.1 In these Terms:
2.2 In these Terms, “including” means “including without limitation”, the singular includes the plural, a reference to a law includes that law as amended or re-enacted, all times are Indian Standard Time (IST), and all amounts are in Indian Rupees.
3.1 The Offer runs from 00:00:00 IST on Wednesday, 4 November 2026 to 23:59:59 IST on Saturday, 7 November 2026 (the “Offer Period”).
3.2 How invoices are generated. Every purchase from Mayavé must be paid for in full, including GST, in one go. We do not offer cash on delivery or part-payment, except for the advance on an In-store MTO Purchase (Clause 3.4). The invoice is generated as soon as Mayavé receives the full payment: automatically by our system for Website orders (including made-to-order orders) and for card, UPI and other electronic payments in a Mayavé Store; and by our store staff, from the system, as soon as a cash payment is counted and received.
3.3 The general rule. Subject to Clause 3.4, a purchase qualifies only if its invoice is generated during the Offer Period, at a Mayavé Store or for a Website order. It does not matter when the products or Coins are delivered or handed over. A qualifying purchase earns Coins only if it also meets every other condition in Clause 4.1, including a TIV of ₹49,999 or more.
3.4 In-store made-to-order purchases. For a made-to-order purchase in a Mayavé Store, we take an advance, issue an advance receipt, and generate the invoice when the balance is paid (an “In-store MTO Purchase”). Each advance receipt is closed by a single invoice. An In-store MTO Purchase qualifies if (a) its advance receipt is generated during the Offer Period, even if its invoice is generated later; or (b) its invoice is generated during the Offer Period, even if its advance receipt was generated earlier. In either case, the ₹49,999 test and the Coin Entitlement are applied to the TIV of the invoice, whatever the estimate on the advance receipt; the Coins are handed over with the product when you collect it; and no Coins are given if the order is cancelled.
3.5 Timing. The date and time of an invoice or advance receipt, as recorded by our system, are final. A payment made or debited during the Offer Period that Mayavé receives after 23:59:59 IST on 7 November 2026 (for example, because of a bank or payment-gateway delay) results in an invoice dated after the Offer Period, and the purchase does not qualify; nor does a purchase invoiced before 00:00:00 IST on 4 November 2026. Please complete your payment well before midnight on 7 November.
3.6 Examples (each assumes a TIV of ₹49,999 or more, that every other condition in Clause 4.1 is met and that the cap in Clause 5.2 has not been reached):
| Purchase | Key dates and times | Qualifies? |
|---|---|---|
| Store purchase, paid by card, UPI or cash | Invoice generated 4 Nov, 11:05 am | Yes |
| Website order | Paid 7 Nov, 11:59:50 pm; payment received and invoice generated 8 Nov, 12:00:20 am | No |
| Website made-to-order order | Paid in full and invoiced 5 Nov; delivered 3 Dec | Yes; Coins delivered with the product |
| In-store MTO Purchase | Advance receipt 6 Nov; balance paid and invoice generated 20 Nov | Yes; Coins on the TIV of the 20 Nov invoice |
| In-store MTO Purchase | Advance receipt 25 Oct; balance paid and invoice generated 7 Nov | Yes |
| In-store MTO Purchase | Advance receipt 25 Oct; invoice generated 10 Nov | No |
4.1 An invoice is an “Eligible Invoice” only if all of these conditions are met:
4.2 You may take part if you are an individual aged 18 or above, competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and buying for your personal use or as a personal gift. The Offer is not available for (a) purchases by or for a company, firm or other business, including corporate gifting and invoices raised against a GSTIN, unless we agree in writing, in which case Clause 8.4 applies; or (b) purchases for resale.
4.3 Exchange purchases. A purchase made as part of an exchange under the REB Policy, or paid for in whole or in part with Exchange Value, is not an Eligible Invoice and earns no Coins, whatever its TIV.
4.4 Each invoice stands alone. Coins are worked out separately for each invoice. The TIVs of different invoices are never added together, even if they are in the same Purchaser’s name, made on the same day or on different days of the Offer Period, at the same Mayavé Store, or across a Mayavé Store and the Website. Invoices cannot be merged, or cancelled and re-issued, to reach a higher Coin Entitlement. Each Website order, and each In-store MTO Purchase, is invoiced as a single invoice. For example, if you have two invoices with TIVs of ₹1,10,000 and ₹40,000, you receive 2 Coins on the first and none on the second, and not 3 Coins. The cap in Clause 5.2, however, applies across purchases.
4.5 No combination with Other Offers. The Offer cannot be combined with any Other Offer. An “Other Offer” is (a) any coupon, promo or discount code; (b) any voucher or gift voucher; (c) the Welcome Credit; (d) the Ember Gift; (e) any other free gift or complimentary product; and (f) employee, corporate or other special pricing. The following are not Other Offers and can be used with the Offer: (i) a card, bank, EMI or wallet offer funded wholly by the bank, card issuer or wallet provider, so that Mayavé receives the full invoice amount; such an offer does not reduce the TIV for the Offer; (ii) a price reduction shown on a product’s price tag or Website listing, or a discount given at billing that is not an Other Offer; the Coins are worked out on the TIV after it; and (iii) our standard features, such as free shipping, diamond certification and your rights under the REB Policy.
4.6 Choosing between the Coins and the Ember Gift. On an invoice with a TIV of ₹49,999 or more, you may choose either the Offer or the Ember Gift, but not both. In a Mayavé Store, our staff will explain both before billing and record your choice on the invoice; for an In-store MTO Purchase whose advance receipt is generated during the Offer Period, the choice is made then, recorded on that receipt and binding, and otherwise at final billing. On the Website, the checkout shows both with neither pre-selected, and you must select one (or decline both) before you pay. Your choice is final for that invoice, except under Clause 7.10, and may differ between invoices. If the cap in Clause 5.2 leaves an invoice with no Coins, you may choose the Ember Gift for it instead; and if an In-store MTO Purchase for which you chose the Offer is invoiced at a TIV below ₹49,999, you may ask for the Ember Gift by writing to clientcare@mayave.com, specifically requesting it, within 15 days after the invoice date. An invoice with a TIV below ₹49,999 earns no Coins, but the Ember Gift may apply to it under the Ember Terms, whose gift tiers use a value that includes GST.
5.1 An Eligible Invoice earns one Coin for every complete ₹49,999 of its TIV, subject to the cap in Clause 5.2. Before the cap is applied, the Coin Entitlement is the TIV divided by 49,999, rounded down to the nearest whole number. No part-Coin, cash or credit is given for any remainder.
5.2 Cap of 5 Coins. However much you spend, you can receive a maximum of 5 Coins in all under the Offer. The cap applies across all purchases made by or for the same person or household, as Mayavé reasonably determines, and not only to each invoice. Coins are allocated in the order in which invoices are generated (an In-store MTO Purchase counts when its invoice is generated), and once the cap is reached, a later purchase earns no Coins. Coins returned or paid for on one purchase do not make Coins available on another. If we later find that more than 5 Coins were given on such purchases, the Coins over the cap, being those on the later invoices, are excess. We may then send the Purchaser named on a later invoice a written notice, with our reasons, within 90 days after the Offer Period ends (for an In-store MTO Purchase, after its invoice date). Within 15 days of the notice, the Purchaser must either return the excess Coins, which go through the Coin QC, or pay their Coin Value. An amount not paid may be deducted from any refund due to that Purchaser or recovered as a debt. The Ember Gift is not available on an invoice whose Coins are recovered under this Clause, and a notice may be disputed under Clause 15.
5.3 The TIV is before GST. For example, a TIV of ₹49,999 corresponds to an amount payable of ₹51,498.97, including GST at 3 per cent.
5.4 Examples (GST at 3 per cent):
| Invoice(s) | TIV (before GST) | Amount payable (incl. GST) | Coins |
|---|---|---|---|
| One invoice | ₹49,999 | ₹51,498.97 | 1 |
| One invoice | ₹99,998 | ₹1,02,997.94 | 2 |
| One invoice | ₹1,99,996 | ₹2,05,995.88 | 4 |
| One invoice | ₹2,45,000 | ₹2,52,350.00 | 4 |
| One invoice | ₹2,49,998 | ₹2,57,497.94 | 5 |
| One invoice | ₹4,00,000 | ₹4,12,000.00 | 5 (cap) |
| Two invoices, same Purchaser, same day | ₹1,10,000 and ₹40,000 | ₹1,13,300 and ₹41,200 | 2 and 0 (never 3) |
| Two purchases by the same person, on 4 Nov and 6 Nov | ₹2,00,000 and ₹1,50,000 | ₹2,06,000 and ₹1,54,500 | 4 and 1 (cap of 5) |
5.5 Coins are linked to their Eligible Invoice. They cannot be moved to another invoice, split, exchanged for cash, credit, a discount or another product, or negotiated. You may decline any or all of the Coins at billing or checkout, but you will receive nothing in their place. Once you receive a Coin, you may give it to anyone, but your obligations under Clause 7 remain yours.
5.6 Each Coin is as described in Schedule 1. Images in our communications are illustrative, and the finish and pouch may differ slightly.
5.7 The Coins are complimentary. You pay nothing for them: no price, and no shipping, packing or handling charge. The prices of our products have not been increased because of the Offer.
6.1 You do not need a code, voucher or registration. You choose the Offer at billing or checkout under Clause 4.6.
6.2 In store. Our staff will confirm the TIV and the Coin Entitlement before billing. The invoice records the Coins as complimentary items at ₹0. For an In-store MTO Purchase whose advance receipt is generated during the Offer Period, the advance receipt records your choice of the Offer and the estimated number of Coins, which is confirmed on the invoice under Clause 3.4. The Coins are handed over with the products; if a product is handed over or delivered later (including an In-store MTO Purchase when you collect it), its Coins go with it. Please check the Coins before you leave the store.
6.3 Store shortfall. If a Mayavé Store does not have enough Coins during the Offer Period, the invoice will record the number of Coins to follow. We will hand them over at that store, or deliver them free of charge by insured courier to the address on the invoice, within 5 days after the invoice date.
6.4 Website. Once you choose the Offer, your order summary shows “Complimentary 24 KT Gold Coin (0.5 g) × [number]” at ₹0. The Coins are delivered with your products, in the same insured shipment, to the delivery address of the order, and the invoice in the parcel records them. If we cannot include them, we will deliver them separately, free of charge, within 5 days after the products are delivered.
6.5 Missing Coins in a delivery. Please do not accept a parcel whose outer packaging or seal is damaged or tampered with. If a delivered parcel does not contain all the Coins recorded on its invoice, write to clientcare@mayave.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and an unboxing video recorded continuously, without cuts, from the unopened sealed parcel to the end of unpacking. We will investigate, including with the courier, and if the claim is established, deliver the missing Coins free of charge.
6.6 Coins not recorded or not as described. If your invoice qualified but its Coins were not recorded or given, write to clientcare@mayave.com within 15 days after the Purchase Date; we will check and, if the invoice qualifies, give you the Coins. If a Coin is not as described in Schedule 1 (for example, in weight or purity), tell us within 7 days after you receive it; we will test it and, if it is not as described, replace it free of charge. Clauses 6.5 and 6.6 do not limit your rights under Applicable Law.
6.7 Ownership of, and risk in, a Coin pass to you when it is handed over or delivered, subject to your obligation to return it under Clause 7.
7.1 The Coins depend on the invoice they come with. This Clause 7 sets out, for the purposes of Section 3.3 of the REB Policy, when Coins must be returned and what is deducted from a refund if they are not.
7.2 When this Clause applies. Under the REB Policy, a product can be returned for a refund within 7 days after its Purchase Date only if its invoice has a TIV of ₹1,00,000 or less and it was not made to order, so a returnable Eligible Invoice carries at most 2 Coins. This Clause 7 also applies to any refund that Applicable Law requires us to make, at any time and whatever the invoice value (for example, for a defective product under Section 3.5 of the REB Policy); for such a refund, no deduction under this Clause 7 will exceed the refund otherwise due.
7.3 Recalculation. When one or more products on an Eligible Invoice are returned and refunded, or cancelled, we recalculate its Coin Entitlement on the revised TIV, being the TIV less the Invoice Values of all products returned or cancelled from that invoice so far, applying the cap in Clause 5.2 as it applied when the invoice was generated. The number of Coins you received on that invoice and have not already returned or paid for, less the recalculated Coin Entitlement, is the number of “Returnable Coins”; Coins not yet handed over to you are reduced first. If the result is nil, you keep all your Coins.
7.4 Returning Coins. You must return the Returnable Coins together with the products being returned: at a Mayavé Store, or packed with the products for the free insured pickup under the REB Policy. Any genuine Coin of the Offer may be returned as a Returnable Coin. Paying for a Coin, or having its market price, MRP or any other value deducted, is not an alternative to returning it; if you do not return it, Clause 7.6 applies. Once our pickup partner collects the parcel, we bear the risk of its loss or damage in transit.
7.5 Coin QC. Each returned Coin is checked alongside the Quality Check of the products (the “Coin QC”). A Coin passes the Coin QC if (a) it is a genuine Coin of the Offer, bearing the Mayavé wordmark and motif; (b) its weight and fineness, on our non-destructive test, are within the tolerances; and (c) it has not been cut, bent, defaced, plated or otherwise altered. Each Coin is weighed before it is given, as its tag shows. A Coin may be returned with or without its pouch and tag, and marks from normal handling do not cause a failure. The Coin QC result is shared with you with the Quality Check report. Your refund is processed only after the products pass the Quality Check and any Returnable Coins returned have been through the Coin QC.
7.6 Deduction. If a Returnable Coin is not returned with the products, or fails the Coin QC, we will deduct its Coin Value from your refund and then process the refund. The “Coin Value” of a Coin is the higher of (a) Mayavé’s cost of the Coin, being ₹7200 per Coin excluding GST, as stated in Schedule 1; and (b) its gold value on the date you raise the return request (or, in any other case, the date we ask for the Coin’s return or payment), being 0.5 times the per-gram rate for 999 fine gold (one-tenth of the rate for 10 grams) in the closing (PM) rate published by the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA) for that date, or the last such rate published before it; plus GST on that higher amount at the applicable rate (currently 3 per cent).
7.7 A Coin that fails the Coin QC is handed back to you, and its Coin Value is deducted under Clause 7.6. If you returned it through a pickup, we will send it back to you by insured courier and also deduct the actual cost of doing so, as shown in your refund statement, unless you choose to collect it from a Mayavé Store free of charge. If we reasonably suspect that a Coin is counterfeit, we may instead hand it to the authorities and will tell you.
7.8 Refunds. Refunds are made in the manner and within the time set out in the REB Policy, currently within 7 working days after the products pass the Quality Check and any Returnable Coins returned have been through the Coin QC. Every deduction under this Clause 7 is itemised in your refund statement.
7.9 Declined returns and cancellations. If a return is declined under the REB Policy, the products and any Coins you sent are returned to you, and nothing is deducted for the Coins. If a Website order is cancelled in full before delivery, or is refused or returned undelivered, or an In-store MTO Purchase is cancelled, no Coins are given.
7.10 Switching to the Ember Gift after a return. If a return reduces the Coin Entitlement of an invoice to zero, and every Coin received on it has been returned or paid for under Clause 7.6, you may ask for the Ember Gift on the products you keep by writing to clientcare@mayave.com, specifically requesting it, within 15 days after the refund for that return is processed. The Ember Gift is then given under the Ember Terms, including their gift tiers and Gift Release Date, and for that invoice we will not treat the Offer as an Other Offer under the Ember Terms. The Ember Gift is not given automatically.
7.11 Exchange and buyback. An exchange or buyback under the REB Policy, at any time, does not require any Coin to be returned, and nothing is deducted for the Coins from the Exchange Value or the Buyback Value.
7.12 The Coin itself, including a Coin paid for under Clause 5.2, 7.6, 7.13 or 9.2, cannot be returned for a refund or credit, or exchanged or sold back under the REB Policy (Section 6.3 of the REB Policy).
7.13 Payment reversal. If a payment for an Eligible Invoice is reversed or charged back, other than through a refund we process, you must return the Coins or pay their Coin Value, in addition to any amount due for the products.
7.14 Examples (TIVs are before GST; refunds include GST at 3 per cent; for illustration only, the Coin Value is taken as ₹8,240, i.e. ₹8,000 plus GST):
| Invoice and return | Recalculation | Result |
|---|---|---|
| A. TIV ₹80,000 (1 Coin): ring ₹50,000 and earrings ₹30,000. The earrings are returned. | Revised TIV ₹50,000: still 1 Coin. No Returnable Coin. | You keep the Coin. Refund ₹30,900. |
| B. TIV ₹99,998 (2 Coins): necklace ₹60,000 and bracelet ₹39,998. The bracelet is returned. | Revised TIV ₹60,000: 1 Coin. 1 Returnable Coin. | Coin returned and passes the Coin QC: refund ₹41,197.94. Coin not returned: refund ₹32,957.94. |
| C. TIV ₹75,000 (1 Coin): one pendant, returned by pickup, with a Coin that fails the Coin QC. | Revised TIV nil: 1 Returnable Coin. | The Coin is sent back. Refund ₹77,250 less ₹8,240 and the courier cost (nil if collected at a store). |
| D. TIV ₹64,000 (1 Coin): bangle ₹40,000 and earrings ₹24,000. The earrings and the Coin are returned. | Revised TIV ₹40,000: 0 Coins. 1 Returnable Coin. | Refund ₹24,720. You may request the Ember Gift on the bangle under Clause 7.10. |
8.1 Prices of products are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST, as stated in our Terms of Sale.
8.2 Coins are recorded on the invoice as complimentary items at ₹0. They are not sold separately, except under Clauses 5.2, 7.6, 7.13 and 9.2.
8.3 Any tax that may arise in your hands on receiving a Coin is your responsibility.
8.4 If we agree under Clause 4.2 to treat a business purchase as an Eligible Invoice, the Coins may be a benefit or perquisite on which tax must be deducted at source under the Income-tax Act, 2025. You must give us your PAN and any information we reasonably need, and pay or reimburse the tax to be deducted. We may hold the Coins until you do.
8.5 Every purchase is subject to Applicable Law on PAN, KYC and cash payments.
9.1 We may refuse, withhold or cancel Coins, or recover them, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that (a) false or incomplete details, or another person’s details without authority, were used; (b) an invoice or advance receipt was generated, dated, split, merged or re-issued to get around Clause 3, 4 or 5; (c) the purchase was for resale or another commercial purpose; (d) the return, exchange or buyback process was misused to obtain Coins, or a Coin was substituted; (e) the payment was fraudulent or unauthorised; or (f) these Terms or Applicable Law were breached.
9.2 Where Coins were obtained in breach of these Terms, we may ask you to return them or pay their Coin Value, including by deducting it from any refund due to you, and take any other action available under Applicable Law, including reporting a suspected counterfeit Coin to the authorities. We will act reasonably and in good faith; you may escalate any decision under Clause 15, and your rights under Applicable Law are not affected.
10.1 Our communications about the Offer, in any medium and including by content creators we engage, summarise it and are subject to these Terms; if any of them is inconsistent with these Terms, these Terms prevail to the extent permitted by Applicable Law. Content creators cannot change the Offer or promise anything beyond these Terms, and no influencer code or referral link is needed.
10.2 We will never ask you to pay anything, or to share an OTP, password or bank details, to receive a Coin. Please report suspicious messages, pages or calls to clientcare@mayave.com. The Offer is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
11.1 To run the Offer, we use your name, contact details, invoice, advance receipt and order details, the number of Coins given, return and refund details, and anything you send us about the Offer, including unboxing videos, to check eligibility, record and deliver Coins, carry out the Coin QC and refunds, prevent fraud and keep the records the law requires. We do so in line with Applicable Law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules under it and, as its provisions come into force, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules under it, and our Privacy Policy. To exercise your rights or raise a privacy concern, contact our Grievance Officer under Clause 15.2.
12.1 Before the Offer Period begins, we may modify, suspend or withdraw the Offer by publishing a notice on the Website and in Mayavé Stores. During the Offer Period, we may do so only where Applicable Law requires it, to prevent fraud or misuse, or because of an event under Clause 14. A change never applies to an invoice or advance receipt generated before it takes effect. The version published on the Website is the current one; earlier versions are available on request.
13.1 We are responsible for giving you Coins as described in Schedule 1. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, we are not liable for (a) any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profit or goodwill, arising out of the Offer; (b) any delay or failure caused by incorrect or incomplete details you give, or by your being unavailable to accept delivery; or (c) any delay caused by an event under Clause 14. Our total liability to you in connection with a Coin is limited to its Coin Value.
13.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or your rights and remedies as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including in respect of product liability.
14.1 If an event beyond our reasonable control, such as a natural disaster, epidemic, war, riot, government order, disruption of courier networks, cyber-attack or failure of utilities, delays the handover or delivery of Coins, our obligations are suspended while it lasts, and we will hand over or deliver the Coins as soon as reasonably possible after it ends. A shortage of Coins within our reasonable control is not such an event.
15.1 For any question about the Offer, write to Mayavé client care at clientcare@mayave.com.
15.2 If your concern is not resolved, write to our Grievance Officer: Aniket Sojitra, Compliance Executive, Dholakia Retail Private Limited, Plot No. E-03, Gems & Jewellery Park, Ichhapore, Surat, Gujarat – 394510; email: clientcare@mayave.com. 16.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Offer, are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Clause 16.2, the courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
16.2 Nothing in these Terms limits your right to file a complaint before the appropriate Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including where you reside or personally work for gain.
